This amazingly spacious villa with its own heated pool is suitable for 2 people or up to 5 people with a really nice en suite master, lava walls outside and a modernised pool surround, innovative lighting and plenty of privacy whilst being only meters from the Marina Rubicon. The inside boasts three good size bedroom a nicely furnished living space and kitchen. This villa has had considerably more money spent on it than similar villas in the area.

Booking early is the key for both villas and most book from a Thursday. Booking is simple £150 per week secures your booking with the balance payable 2 months ahead of the booking date. We will email you formally to confirm your booking and confirm the dates are correct and send an information pack when the balance is paid with details of our support team and lots more. Access is by a key safe on the wall but we can be contacted by WhatsApp all the time so you are never left in difficulties.
Finally ask about late deals. We do discount for late deals and it often saves money if you can take advantage of these.

Just spent a month in Marina View and had a great stay. Lovely brilliant location and so quiet which is what we wanted. Everything you need on site and plenty of room. Outside space is as good as anything we have ever experienced with lovely pool and several areas for private sunbathing. Privacy was excellent with high walls along with new sound insulation added recently. Location is spot on 5 minutes walk from really nice bars and restaurants along with ocean walks. Great support team available for everything you need and quick response. We liked it very much and booked another 4 weeks over this year and next.

A fabulous villa in such a beautiful area. Marina Rubicon is a special place and only a 5 minutes walk to all amenities. The villa is everything you could want, with a stunning garden and pool, enjoyable by day and by night. Such a special place to relax in the sun and warm evenings. We have been to Lanzarote before and never the Marina Rubicon area. We have never been to Phil’s house before but my goodness how nice it is and so close to bars, beaches and restaurants. The Marina Rubicon is just 100 meters and we went out virtually every nice to one of the many brilliant restaurants. The villa itself has a wonderful private garden and we enjoyed many of hours in gorgeous sunshine. We have booked again and can’t wait.

This is our third visit to Lanzarote and know the island very well. We chose the villa as we wanted somewhere quiet and private to relax with a pool. We also wanted to be within walking distance to shops and restaurants. All these things were met by choosing villa Marina Vie. We would definitely recommend it.

Phil and Dawn are wonderful hosts and every need catered for. We have been in both villas over the years and both are maintained to a high standard. Rooms are well furnished, clean and very comfortable and are complimented with interesting pieces of modern art and wall hangings. The smaller villa has a wonderful, beautifully finished bathroom. The rooms are spacious light and welcoming. Both villas have a fantastic pool area and patio seating, sun loungers and BBQ. The outdoor spaces are beautifully framed by modern artwork and the gardens are landscaped with colourful plants and mature palms. Every holiday we have spent at rubicon villas has been wonderful and memorable. Whether sharing with family and friends or holidays for two, you'll find everything you need and more at the villas.

Jean and I (Alastair)have stayed at Marina View on numerous occasions and we love it.
It’s well appointed with everything we need .Best of all is the privacy of the villa .
We also love the location of the villa being at the marina end of Playa Blanca. Excellent value for money. Role on January when we will be staying there for 4 weeks
